Crowbar Construction is a full-service company dedicated to handing all phases of development for multi-family residential new construction projects. We will take you from pre-development meetings all the way to ribbon-cutting and beyond. We believe that every project is very unique and can customize our approach to fit your particular needs. REMODELING/RENOVATION

In addition to new construction we specialize in custom renovation and remodels. Our creative team has the experience and expertise to guide you through the process to make the important changes and decisions to transform your home. Our dedicated and established team of designers, consultants, and subcontractors will help you every step of the way to bring new function, space and beauty to your home.

Crowbar Construction specializes in entire home remodeling projects including; kitchen renovations, bathrooms, new additions, flooring, wall resurfacing/skim coating, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping design.

ENTITLEMENT WORK

Entitlements are legal rights conveyed by approvals from governmental agencies to develop a property for a certain use, density, building type or building placement. Entitlements can be a major factor in the ultimate use, viability, and value of your property. This process can be lengthy, complicated, and at times, expensive. But it’s a vital part of the development phase because it helps determine what can and can’t be done with your property. In other words, entitlement can make or break your project.

Crowbar Construction can help complete all entitlement work needed such as:

Discretionary Processing and Parcel Mapping
Zoning variances: This can include parking, building height and setbacks.
Use permits: You may be required to obtain a conditional use permit for your project.
Utility approvals: If utilities are not already at the site, you may need to seek approval.
Road approvals: If there is no existing infrastructure, you may need to seek approval.
Landscaping: Your local development services department will require landscape approvals.
